I’m SO SO SO EXCITED to announce that I’m officially repped by @KeirAlekseii (from @jenazantian)!!!! 🥹❤️ Keir’s passion for my stories—which are about family, rebellion, queerness, and good ol’ fantasy nonsense—completely blew me away. I cant wait to see what’s next for us! 🥳🫶🏽

Took me forever to order a physical copy, but…! IT’S SO BEAUTIFUL 😭💜🥹 I wrote a little story about hope & humanity in a post-apocalyptic world based in the “ghost town” of Cairo, Illinois & I couldn’t be prouder 🥹

Seconding this! Woke up this morning wondering if my entire writing career was inevitably going to fail. Took a nap and now I’m happily drafting my third novel 🕺🏾

I was questioning whether I should continue writing, pursuing traditional publishing, etc. It turns out I just needed a long nap, so if you're feeling some kind of way go nap.

Is it weird I have zero preference when writing or reading? 🙂‍↕️
✨Nikki is on Threads and Bluesky✨@IAmNikkiSavoy12 Sep 2024
Writers what’s your preference? I’m good with 1st or 3rd person, but gotta be past tense.

Imagining my book in a bookstore is one of the things that keeps me motivated 🥹

What if your book gets published and it has an awesome cover and you can go visit it in the store sometimes and point at it.

7.02.24 - i'm officially a published author✨ i wrote MASQUERADE as a student during the pandemic. i was stuck in a tiny dorm room, writing all day. for so long, this story was mine alone. but today, my Medieval West African retelling is out in the world. i hope you enjoy.
