I don't want to alarm anyone, but the title of tonight's episode of The Simpsons is a reference to something from The Simpsons.
Today’s the big train riding day on this trip - Leeds to Carlisle via Settle (supposed to be the most scenic route in England), then to Newcastle to ride their local transit system (Tyne and Wear Metro), then York, and back to Leeds. – at Leeds, England
For the record, I did make it to Newcastle in order to ride their transit system (the “loop” portion, at least, which crosses over itself - it’s kind of a bizarre-looking map).
