Great run on Monday with @CaioYonamine and @tandio_david; final preparations for the DHL race including 5 x 800 m at race pace. Final run before the race will be next week ๐ช๐โโ๏ธ
Great run yesterday with Emilie, @CaioYonamine @nigelkurgan and @tandio_david. We did 400 m intervals at race pace at รsterbro Stadion. Next week will be intervals as well, and then there is only one week to the race! ๐โโ๏ธ๐๐
Only 4 more runs until the DHL race. Today we did nearly 11 km in Fรฆlledparken. Not the most inspiring route, but still very enjoyable with @CaioYonamine and @nigelkurgan
First 10 km run in the @Metabolcenter running club. The DHL relay is getting closer and we need to ready. @CaioYonamine is finally back with us ๐ and @nigelkurgan and @SteffenRaun were great company ๐
