Raptors getting called for so many fouls is so frustrating but it will even out. At some point in the season the refs won’t be able to call 30+ fouls on us every night. We gotta keep playing how we play and they will eventually adjust to us. It will be okay.

A lot of fans don’t understand that coaches have set rotations and minutes cadence that’s been discussed and established with the team and staff. And coaches try to stick with that unless a player is in foul trouble or someone gets hurt. Especially early in the season. When you switch up rotations without notice, it can throw off team chemistry and player trust with the coach. So no a coach is not dumb for taking out a player at the time he takes out that player every game.

The silver lining to Kawhi being out at least a week is that Scott and the team get more reps without him. If they can’t win without him, it’s gonna be a tough season. 2 games against the injured Magic + Lakers on Sunday. No reason we can’t be 2-1 in these games.

Not really about all the dooming but I’ll say this. In the big picture it’s Game 3 of 82. Better to get licks like this early in the year. It’s a long season and the earlier you have bad games the quicker you can work on your issues. Scott AND the Raps will be okay gang.

No shame in losing to the Wolves but this effort has been piss poor. Kawhi being out is no excuse for this. Truly unacceptable night from Scott.

Relieved to only be down 8 but this is a really rough watch. Need way more from Scott and shooters gotta make the open looks. You can expect the offense to struggle on some nights but the defense being this poor is disappointing. Very uncharacteristic.
