Chief box packer at @WeLoveLocalNZ. I once knew a thing or two about domain names (OG @iwantmyname). Who am I to disagree? 🇳🇿🇩🇪

The irony of receiving an official scam awareness email from @WestpacNZ with a typo in the subject and a file attached in a completely obscure format (as an Apple user at least). 🙄
Order tonight and we’ll get it on Santa’s sleigh tomorrow. 🦌💨🛷🎁

14 years of running my own businesses and it still only takes one upset and abusive customer to ruin the day. 🥺
After doing an hour of research, I'm still not sure if I need a Covid test before boarding a plane to Europe next week. It *looks* like an international vaccine passport is enough, but even the airline can't tell me for sure. 🤷🏻♂️
I highly doubt our local medical centre are @intercom customers. 🤭
Relieved to have finished a software migration from @QuickBooks (who bought @tradegecko and then shut it down) to @DearInventory today. Finally, I can focus on launching new @WeLoveLocalNZ products again.
We are selling our Kia Niro EV if anybody in NZ is interested. Fully electric with an official range of 455km. More details here: trademe.co.nz/a/motors/cars/…
Looks like I was able to switch back to the free legacy GSuite edition from the admin console for our family domain name. Got a confirmation email but it still shows the subscription. Let's wait and see.

I can so relate to this:
“I’d always said that I would enjoy where I was. I vowed not to miss where I wasn’t. This was the migrant magic solution that had worked for me. This is the way you didn’t miss people.
That worked until I had kids. That worked until the pandemic.”
I wrote up my journey to the UK from NZ in these covid times, with photos too. Hope it’s entertaining and useful noisereduction.substack.com/…
It’s truly transformative. We’ve all been waiting for it, but actually experiencing no congestion south of Peka Peka yesterday during peak holiday traffic was a game changer. Transmission Gully both unblocks and unlocks Kāpiti.

Love how Gentler (gentler.app/) visualises workout data — black dots are rest days, white ones workouts. I feel much more inclined to stay in the green zone instead of frantically trying to complete activity goals each day.
Same goes for @AutoSleepApp. Easy visualisation of sleep credit and sleep debt. And yes, I will need a nap this weekend. 😴🛌
