Thank you for doing this @GavinNewsom, it would be great to chat with you about the largest environmental disaster in the United States, the Tijuana Sewage Crisis at the Tijuana River & Estuary in @CityofIB. I'd like to ask you why you have not declared a State Of Emergency per request of @paloma4D1 & others. Additionally id like to ask your views on remediation, if you know how mushrooms like @Project_Oyster work at accumulating heavy metals and breaking down pollution like oil and plastic, like the chemicals found in the soil, water and air in San Diego, preventing elementary children from going outside during recess. Finally I'd love to ask you about Governor responsibility in general when it comes to being properly educated on science, engineering, environmental impacts and technology that would have prevented our sailors at @USNavy from being harmed by deady pollution found around the Naval Outlying Landing Field (NOLF) Imperial Beach & Naval Special Warfare Center (NSWC) Coronado, something that is literally slowing the daily training capabilities of @us_navyseals. With @CBP being unable to work under polluted river conditions in San Diego, @DeptofDefense having Naval bases engulfed in pollution by a foreign nation & @ibcc_health being influxed with ill children swimming at the beach I grew up on, I really wonder if you are communicating with subject matter experts like me about one of the countries biggest crisis and how to solve it immediately with intelligence. I'm 💯 open to having a conversation with you about a problem, a solution, nobody cares about politics, we care about the health of our country & it's people.
