162 AI-developed games have applied to our Game Jam.
Considering extending it for another 48 hours.
Half of them want to launch a token on Loadout.
Instant launches are closer than you think.
IlluviMkt is back online.
Sorry for down time.

Dex is paid with marketing boost as well.
We've generated roughly 25K in runway which already helps with the next steps. Thanks community! We'll keep y'all updated.
New game coming to @loadoutprotocol

IlluviMkt has been down due to some issues with Railway.
What surprised me is that nobody reached out about the downtime.
It makes me wonder whether IlluviMkt is still providing enough value to the community to justify keeping it running.
I’ve invested a lot of time building and maintaining it, but I’m considering shutting it down.
Before making that decision, I’d like to hear from the community.
Should IlluviMkt stay online?

A message from @KieranWarwick re audit.
I was hoping we'd be back to launching this week, but the audit is taking longer than expected. We're expecting it back on Friday.
Security will always come first for us. And pushing a curated launch into the weekend just to get it out a few days earlier doesn't make sense. I want to give the next launch the best chance to go smoothly.
So we're moving the next launch to Tuesday, 27 October at 7pm UTC.
We're also going to try to have LOAD staking live before then. That would help build more liquidity in LOAD, with the potential for Lo & Behold to have staking live from day one.
We need a little more time to get everything in place. Once these upgrades are live, we can launch both curated and instant launches.
Appreciate your patience.

Thank you to everyone who took part in the GOOSE launch on @loadoutprotocol .
Trading fees from the launch cover what we need to bring The Signal to Early Access. We’re putting them toward the remaining development, testing and polish.
We’ve been quiet since the GOOSE launch, and that’s on us. A GOOSE community Discord is on the way so you can follow development and ask the team questions. We'll follow up with another post once it's live.
Now, back to building.

On every post I make about Loadout, one or two people insinuate, “Good riddance, ILV.”
I don't know if people just don't believe it or don't realise it, but my entire net worth is in ILV. It's fully unlocked, yet I still hold over 80%, including the large amount I gave my team for sticking with the vision.
We've been building towards our MMO release for 6 years now. The game I envisioned so long ago is incredibly close. This isn't a fully on-chain game with token sinks and P2E. It's designed to be the first crypto game in history to attract a mainstream audience.
No Ponzi, no getting paid just to play. Just an insanely beautiful game that happens to include optional ownership of your in-game assets.
Launchpads have insane upside when done right. No gaming launchpad is positioned like ours. No founder has the combination of experience in crypto, degen trading and mainstream gaming that I do. That's not a brag. That's reality.
If Loadout succeeds, what do you think I'll do with my cut?
Feed my baby.
So please understand: the MMO is in good hands, and I will never leave Illuvium.

Quick update on where we're taking Loadout.
We start launching again next week, and we're making some big changes.
First, something we should have seen coming. We spent months building hype, then funneled all that attention into a single daily launch. Every trader, every sniper, everyone waiting for the next project ended up in the same place.
We underestimated what that would do. That's on us.
We're now upgrading the platform to support thousands of launches per week, with two launch flows.
The first is the curated studios we've been talking to for the past nine months. Teams that have spent years building their games. These are our anchor projects.
The second is where I think things get really interesting: the new wave of viral games being built with AI.
Our BD team has already identified 600+ of these games, and developers are already committing to launch on Loadout.
Many are solo devs pulling huge attention with something they built themselves. But there's a gap between going viral and getting a game onto Steam. You can have millions of people watching your clips while you're still figuring out how to fund the next six months of development.
Loadout can bridge that gap.
For developers, it's a way to turn attention into funding, build a community around their game, and come back with their next one. For traders, it's a chance to find a game early that becomes a massive success.
That volume also spreads attention across more launches, making it harder for snipers to focus on a single daily target.
But we're also getting much stricter about who we launch. Teams need to align with our community and understand that the relationship continues after they raise money.
Some are already willing to commit Steam revenue to buybacks alongside their token buybacks. That's where it gets really interesting. A game succeeds, revenue feeds back into its token, and the community that backed it early has a reason to stay involved.
The opportunity here is insane, and the number of developers we can work with will only grow.
I'm convinced this will be the new gaming meta. We're going all in on games, and I intend to make Loadout the launchpad that gives them more attention than any other.
Back to launches next week.

Staking is now running locally, we’re looking to get that shipped asap. Our platform is fully audited though, so we will need to complete an additional audit before we can release.
We’ve now opened up the site again so new projects can start submitting their games.
Our team still has to manually submit them to be published but it will be the start of a new flow of games launching on Loadout. (Over the past 6 months we’ve had about 500 projects request to launch) mostly slop but a few cool projects in there.
Staking UI below, just example numbers obviously.

I hear the frustration around GOOSE.
Like LOAD, GOOSE launched with a sniper tax starting at 99% and declining over the first minute. Our website disables buys during that window, and the tax was clearly labeled.
There were still 65 on-chain buys from 40 wallets during that first minute, totaling 951 SOL.
Re graduation amount, that is definitely on me, will update shortly, working on a fix.

I want to address concerns about insiders holding 50% of the solana:8sWe4GzK1YqG3vyzKHf8ZyB1WB5asofw2o6TqgFePtPo supply.
30% went into the bonding curve. Investor tokens (3.1%) will gradually unlock over six months. Another 165M team and investor tokens are locked until October 2027.
The treasury will remain available to provide liquidity, support exchange listings, and fund the project's growth. The other allocations will remain untouched until their scheduled unlocks or vesting.
We're adding additional locks over the coming days to make this clear and verifiable. We'll lock the 25% trading rewards allocation until vesting starts. We're finalising the treasury split so we keep the tokens needed for upcoming uses available and lock the rest, with unlock dates aligned to our plans.
We hold the 502M treasury tokens (51.7%) in our Squads treasury. RugCheck shows that balance as a single holder and doesn't recognise our existing vesting program, which makes the holder breakdown easy to misinterpret.
Its holder list also still shows a wallet with 79.8M tokens (8.2%) as the second-largest holder. That wallet now holds zero.
We're asking RugCheck to label the vesting vaults, verify the token, and refresh its holder list. We'll put the additional treasury locks through a Squads proposal.
We'll publish the lock amounts, dates, and addresses once they're in place so everyone can check for themselves.

Trading fees on the official $LOAD/$SOL pool are now 1.5%.
We're also working on adding more liquidity and assessing the best way to do this.
We'll update you once we've confirmed the approach and again when the liquidity has been added.
