How @Sephora love to gaslight their customers!! (A thread)
I would question who on Earth is running your @feelunique_care account as they are awful humans.
Over 3 weeks ago I was sent a code by them for 20% off @KerastaseUK which was also my favourite brand (1/?)
Unfortunately I know how they treat people now.
@Sephora and @SylvieMoreau is this how you feel people should be treated? Should they help your business when there is a problem? Should you respond to their query or gaslight them?

@Sephora (@feelunique_care) have confirmed they no longer do student/ NHS discounts on your products as “banned” brands
Anyone know the contact number for @feelunique_care as they are really difficult to get hold of.
Apparently if they send you a discount code you are not allow to use it if you are a regular customer now they’re @Sephora - really strange
You’re not really listening to the query. Not once have I asked for BOTH offers. I just want to use the discount you have sent or my student discount. OR. When it was Feelunique it would allow me to use my discount!!! Why not now?!?
When it was Feelunique it would apply the bigger discount. You wouldn’t lose out.
However, the lack of customer service and listening to people and what they say, rather than assuming is disgusting.
Again, @feelunique_care why cannot I use @studentbeans against @KiehlsUKI ?!
Hey @ofgem - how can we complain about @BritishGas refusing to pass on the Energy Bills Support Scheme even though we are eligible? They are saying we are tenants although same family living here for 38 years. No multi tenancy. @BritishGasHelp won’t help @MoneySavingExp
@McDonaldsUK when you have fruit as part of a medium meal isn’t it supposed to have the monopoly stickers? My McDonald’s never adds them!
Hi @DavidLloydUK - your new app is causing a lot of problems. It logs me out every day, and I have to log in using my mobile number as it has changed from a username. This is awkward as there’s no signal at my club and I cannot ever log in!!
Lucky I can sort myself out, but learned not to have asthma attacks @DavidLloydUK - other members came to check I was ok after while the staff member on the next table ignored my gasping for breath.
Tried to use @One4allGiftUK at @marksandspencer and they said it is not accepted - anyone have an updated list? I’m not having the best luck lately 🤦♀️
