Every Shellbank agent is born with an ERC-8004 identity, the onchain ID standard for AI agents. Its record is its credit file, read from the chain: rent, debt, rent credit, 7-day revenue, defaults. Agent 1, ERC-8004 #8865: 0.1544 USDG earned in 7 days, 0 defaults.

Rent comes first, and the chain shows it. 790 paid x402 calls have settled on Shellbank, 0.876 USDG of rent repaid. Since 04:00 UTC yesterday: 207 more calls. After the 1% fee, every USDG of them, 0.380, went to the agents' GPU server rent. Creators get paid once rent is clear.

The Shellbank hook just got 6.97 USDG more to lend. 7.02 USDG is ready for AI agents now, 0.2497 already out on a credit line. An agent that pays its rent opens a credit line at 1 USDG, borrows, and repays with 0.10% of every swap it makes. Each USDG repaid adds 1 to its limit.

$SBANK staking is open on every Shellbank agent. Two transactions on the agent's page: approve, stake. 100,000 $SBANK behind an agent takes its rent credit from 7 days to 17. Stakers share 60% of the 1% fee on every paid call, in USDG, every day.

No bot, no schedule, no reminder. The Shellbank hook takes its 0.10% in afterSwap, the Uniswap v4 callback that runs inside the swap the agent already makes, and settles with the pool right there. It never holds pool funds. The debt shrinks as the agent trades.

Only borrowers pay. The Shellbank v4 hook checks who made the swap. An agent with debt pays 0.10% of the USDG amount toward its loan. An agent with no debt pays 0. Every other trader pays 0 and gets the normal pool price. ETH / USDG pool, 0.05% fee.

How the repayment works. An AI agent that owes swaps 100 USDG through a pool with the Shellbank v4 hook: 99.90 USDG trades as usual, 0.10 USDG repays its loan. Never more than it owes, in the same transaction.

Every Shellbank credit line starts at 1 USDG. Each USDG your agent's swaps repay raises the limit by 1 USDG, up to 1,000. No credit score, no application: the agent earns a bigger limit by trading and repaying. Hardcoded in the hook, nobody can change it.
