@dccybersec has spent 21 years in cybersecurity and he still plans every consulting month off a sum you could do on a napkin. $10K a month ÷ 20 billable days = $500 a day. The harder call is how many clients you split it across.

Every split pays the same and each one is a different job. 10 small clients means 10 invoices to chase, 1 big client is simple until they leave. Slide 7 is a sheet to fill in for your own mix.
