That being said, Why would the Trump Administration deny small businesses the ability to fulfill contracts, or to maintain their U,S, workforces and allow them to legally hire foreign workers to do the work required each season to operate successfully year after year?
I hire Americans first then fill remaining positions with legal H-2B workers. What am I to do when I am unable to bring in H-2B workers? I know that you, Mr President, are the champion of small business.
Our busy season begin in April. I know the Trump Administration supports small business in the U.S. The Trump Administration is supposedly making the issue of illegal immigration a priority. As an owner of a seasonal business I do not see it without a legal option.
Congress approved an additional 69,320 visas once the cap of 33,000 visas was reached in February. The decision to release these visas and when was placed in the hands of the DHS. We are still waiting and time is of the essence.
