.@JetBlue, Flight 531 was delayed 1hr, 2hr, 3hr, and now cancelled. My dad (>70) with a medical condition and a 7 year old is last in line at JetBlue ticket counter. He doesn’t speak English well. The entire flight is waiting at EWR ticket counter. Can he get some expedited help?
