“You weren’t called to be noticed.
You were called to be faithful.” Todd Nesloney
From principal to pastor, I’ve learned the most meaningful leadership often happens behind the scenes. Faithfulness in the small moments builds trust, influence, and real impact.
#ServantLeader
FROM PRINCIPAL TO PASTOR:
Leadership gave me structure. Ministry taught me influence.
Leadership isn’t measured in followers, but in fruit.
Who is stronger because you led?
Loved seeing these precious ones tonight! I love them!
Ross Community showing support to one of our own in their time of need, but when a former principal shows up, that is AMAZING ❤️❤️❤️ #WeAreFamilySTILL #WhatATreasure @ray4d_thebetsy @Tareese8 @Teacher_Toya @tuwest @BetsyRossElem @AlmaRivera6 @behaviorlady @jeannedweido

I’m so glad the kids know their routine! About 5-6 months ago we recorded the Faith confession and 15 freedom truths so the kids would be able to add this to their morning routine. #RoutinesMatter #SystemsWork #FaithWorks
We were not created just to stay alive & get through life. We were made for something more. We were made on purpose with a purpose! We must be intentional about our purpose & understand that our purpose will push us to productivity that will be instilled into future generations!
Thank you @GaryNunn13 for creating such an awesome video! I will truly miss my @BetsyRossElem family! youtu.be/Hcnqwj8tjAM

Always a pleasure hanging out with my math family+1 lol
I have already expressed this to my @BetsyRossElem family, but now for the rest of the world: I am beyond humbled by the outpour of love that was expressed toward me Friday! They surprised me with a parade. I love them on a level that is hard for many to understand. #5thWardGem
I’ve been connected to Betsy Ross for about 10 years starting with my Teacher Development Specialist (TDS) years. I’ve seen many of the teachers and other faculty and staff members grow and develop in ways that make me so proud.
I love my Betsy Ross family and will continue to support each of then in any way needed! #5thWardGem
