A Palestinian paramedic broke down in tears over the Israeli massacres of civilians in Gaza. If even paramedics can no longer hold back their tears, imagine the horror innocent people are enduring.

"The Palestinians can go to any other Arab country, except Jordan, Syria, and Lebanon, because those are ours, or we'll kill them." And there are still people who deny that zionism is racism.

I want to tell you what has been happening here for over a week. All crossings have been closed. Nothing is entering Gaza. You might wonder: How can closing the crossings cause a humanitarian crisis so quickly? Because Gaza has been completely destroyed. We are surrounded by endless rubble. No functioning factories, farms, poultry, or livestock remain. No electricity. No infrastructure. We have been forced into just 28% of our land, where we can barely find space to pitch our tents. Most agricultural land is now beyond the so-called “Yellow Line,” leaving us unable to grow food or raise animals. Everything we eat depends on what enters through those crossings. This is what they have reduced us to: a population entirely dependent on doors they can close at any moment. After destroying our ability to survive on our own, all it takes to starve us is closing those doors.

As usual, I just woke up because a dog was pulling at the wall of my tent. 😒 Even our sleep has been taken away from us in this war. I swear to you, I am so exhausted.

Some very good news: The Egyptian Committee in Gaza has begun providing flour to help bakeries resume operations, an important step toward preventing the humanitarian catastrophe from worsening. Bakeries will reopen after dozens were forced to shut down due to flour
Within the next 48 hours, if flour is not allowed into Gaza, all bakeries in the city will stop producing bread. We are facing an enormous catastrophe. Famine is knocking on our doors once again, and this time, it could be worse than anything we have experienced before. Please, do not remain silent! Talk about Gaza, make our voices heard around the world, and do everything you can before thousands of people lose access to something as basic as a loaf of bread.

Benjamin Netanyahu, declared today that he is planning to carry out the ethnic cleansing of entire neighborhoods in Hebron. His declaration represents an alarming escalation in Israel’s policies of forced displacement and a flagrant violation of international law and the fundamental rights of the Palestinian people. It must be unequivocally condemned, and the international community must act immediately to prevent the forcible displacement of Palestinian residents and hold those responsible accountable.

Since this morning, I’ve been unable to leave my home. All checkpoints in H2 and exits from Hebron are closed. Israeli forces have begun demolishing homes and shops near the site of the attack. Residents are living in fear, cut off from basic necessities. We urgently call on the UN, international governments, and humanitarian organizations to act now: protect civilians, demand an end to unlawful demolitions and collective restrictions, and ensure safe access to essential supplies and emergency services. Hebron must not be forgotten. We need urgent action, not just statements of concern.

“Let me die,” American photojournalist Heidi Levine repeats to journalists Jasper Nathaniel as they try to outrun masked Israeli settlers who attacked her on Friday while she covered the olive harvest in the West Bank village of Abu Falah, near Ramallah. Around 80 settlers attacked Palestinian olive harvesters in the village, AP reported. The Palestinian Red Crescent said it treated six people injured in two attacks in Abu Falah. Levine, a freelancer for the Washington Post, told the Committee to Protect Journalists that the settlers knocked her down and kicked her for at least 10 minutes, even after she identified herself as an American journalist. They stole her camera, phone and bag. She was eventually taken to a hospital in Ramallah. "The IDF provided cover, with tear gas and machine guns, while the settlers beat" Levine "nearly to death," Nathaniel wrote, adding that soldiers then shot a Palestinian bystander and aimed their guns at and shoved paramedics trying to treat him. AP photos and circulating videos show Israeli soldiers standing over a wounded Palestinian man after they shot him. Andrey X, an activist also at the scene, said a Palestinian man "saved our lives from the settler-terrorists who attacked the olive harvesters and journalists” armed only with a slingshot.
To be clear, the only reason I was able to reach Heidi was because young Palestinians provided cover with rocks against machine-gun- and tear-gas-wielding settlers and soldiers. It’s those kids, not the settler terrorists, who the IDF was hunting after the attack.

We Are All Sacrifices We are the sacrifices of your social media pages, the heavy substance for your articles, research, and newspapers. We are the embroidery on your clothes and bags, the map wrapped around your necks. We are the perfect script for your directors, the never-ending content for all journalists. We are the photo gallery you scroll through, passing by our agony, only to applaud before returning to your normal lives. We are the opening act of your galas, and we are the closing ceremony. We are the myth of writers, analysts, and reporters. We are the blood that fills your inkwells, the numbers that decorate your annual reports. We are your cafe debates, the raw material for your consciences—which only awaken in front of the cameras. We are the free spectacle for a world sitting in the front rows. We are the medal you hang on your bags, the cover of your books, the watermelon that adorns your names. We are the first and final step on your ladder to fame. We are the very last tear you would ever think to shed.

The markets are completely empty of vegetables and fruit. There is danger ahead.
Please, I urge the world to take this tweet seriously. A new famine is literally being created in Gaza. Free food distribution has almost completely stopped, major aid organizations have suspended their services, and now the World Food Programme, a key source of flour and canned food for hundreds of thousands of people here, has announced the suspension of its assistance. For over a week, trucks carrying vegetables, fruit, and frozen food have also been prevented from entering Gaza. Food supplies are shrinking, everything entering Gaza is being tightly controlled, and food queues are growing frighteningly long. We are already witnessing the signs of another hunger catastrophe. Families are losing their food sources one by one. Please, don't wait until people are dying of hunger again before you act. The world must act now.

Every human will taste death, but not every human will taste life. We were forced to taste bitterness from the moment we were born—until we reached a point where even bitterness could no longer be found to taste. I write to you from hell—the hell of the final days of my life. A life I spent climbing and descending the stairways of death, where between each step lies a blaze. This fire scorches my heart with loss, just as flames consume the last remnants of ash—leaving me writhing in a straight line, with shades of yellow tinged with red on either side. I write to you from hell—a hell they created, not one I imagined in my heart. I cry because we didn’t even deserve a small piece of a night’s ending accompanied by an old song on Gaza’s shore. I cry because I once dared to dream.

I tell myself every day: Don’t die. Don’t get tired. Check on the children. Look for water. Check if there are any holes in the tent so the water doesn’t leak in. Then stand up — don’t die. Don’t you dare die from some silly illness. Resist. Save your tears for a more painful day. Don’t you dare say, “I’m tired.” Look for food. Don’t be afraid of the bombing. Gather your things and flee. Set up a tent. Flee again — don’t get tired. Write, and then write, and then write. Write your own death with your own hands — don’t let anyone write about you. Live, and don’t die.
