If you’re going to get your asses kicked, try to at least make sure that the other team isn’t wearing their awesome throwback jerseys. Real insult to injury. #ChiefsKingdom

Other team punting from their own 1 yard line and you don’t even wind up with good field position. Classic #ChiefsKingdom special teams.

Not his fault. Helmet wasn’t working so Andy couldn’t say “and oh, don’t forget to not throw one of the worst balls ever thrown.”

Witchcraft allegations in the governor’s race in the year of our Lord, 2026. Gang, we might not be a real state.

When I was younger—more imprudent, more brash—there was a time when I thought that “Iowa football” was old fashioned. Now I see. I was a fool. Three tight ends. Full backs. These are timeless. This is football. No, this is art.

Coaching 4th grade football is cool because you get a good balance. Last night at practice we worked cover 3 concepts but also had to stop and tie someone’s shoes.

I don’t mean to alarm anyone but Matt Walsh has now been 100% correct two day in a row. First about social security and now about AI. Strange times indeed.
This is a guy explaining why it's okay for a father to use AI to read bedtime stories to his children rather than reading the stories himself. This technology is "the future," he says. We don't want to be "left in the dust." This is my whole problem with the AI maximalists. They place zero inherent value on the human experience itself. Even a task like reading to your children is, to these freaks, nothing more than a process of passing information from one party to another. We should use AI because it can do it more efficiently. Even in the realm of bedtime stories, we are somehow locked in a technology race, and if we don't figure out how to be more efficient bed time story readers we will get "left behind" in some vague way. They see no problem with AI "art" for this same reason. Nothing has any meaning. There is no value in the process itself. The human soul does not exist. Just do everything faster and cheaper and produce as much stuff as you can as quickly as you can. That's how they see the world. And I can't quite put into words how much I despise it.

Before we let another @Royals season fade into obscurity, it’s worth noting that, not only did this team finish under .500 for the 20th time since 2000, they did it in a year in which the AL was horrible. Even with the bar lowered, the organization cannot field an average team.

The football gods got that one right. #goducks

That felt right for a Chiefs-Colts game. Offense is nails on the last drive but now gives it back with enough time to lose this in regulation. #ChiefsKingdom

Oh no. The Mexicanized Dishes and Pepper Sauces have me on a slippery slope. Probably no coming back at this point. Farewell friends.
this is how people sound when they talk about “dopamine addiction”

This feels correct. Based on my personal experience.
First born children often have a higher IQ than their siblings.

Could it be that the Chiefs is still the Chiefs? #ChiefsKingdom

“It’s a blocking and tackling contest” is absolutely going into the coaching toolbox.
Kansas State football is in good hands.

Got a chicken sandwich from Popeye’s today. It wasn’t the sandwich I ordered and the sweet tea was still hot when they handed it to me. But it was a dang good sandwich and hell I had ice back at the office. So I’m calling it a win as far as Popeye’s goes.
