I've got a very specific PC problem that I must crowd source for a fix because I cannot google the answer. Mostly while gaming, sometimes internet browsing, my pc will fullly lag for 1-2 seconds usually with audio artifacts that sound like a fireball sound effect from SNES era.
When this happens, 1/2 the time my Realtek Ethernet adapter will fail and i'll lose connection (terrible while playing Deadlock) and I'll have to go to Device Mgr and disable/reenable the adapter to get reconnected. I've replaced my mobo eth adapter with a PCI one to no avail.
