Cho Doo-soon raped an 8-year-old girl. The girl lost more than 80% of the function of her genitals and anus, leaving her permanently disabled.
Prosecutors sought life imprisonment for Cho Doo-soon, but the judge reduced the sentence because he had been drinking at the time of the crime, sentencing him to 12 years in prison.
The judge was later named one of the “Outstanding Judges” selected by the Seoul Bar Association in 2020, and he now works as a lawyer specializing in sex crime cases.
He is known to promote cases in which he obtained suspended sentences for clients accused of sexual violence as “success stories,” while charging high legal fees.

We gave it a try, and the experience was frustrating. Poor navigation, confusing directions and questionable usability. It doesn’t even support Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

Beliau antara 4 orang yang saya laporkan kepada PDRM dan MCMC memfitnah saya Jumaat lepas.
Hari ini beliau telah keluarkan permohonan maaf terbuka di halaman FB sendiri.
Ironinya, posting fitnah itu minggu lepas dikongsi beratus kali. Tapi posting mohon maaf hari ini, 20 shares pun tak sampai.
Betullah cerita hadis, fitnah itu seolah2 kapas halus yang terbang ditiup angin. Sekali terlepas susah nak dikutip balik.
Senang kerja memfitnah, membetulkan persepsi buruk itu yang payah.
Sepanjang 9 tahun menulis. Hanya sekali saya disaman fitnah, oleh Dr Kamarul Yusoff, pemikir PAS. Kes itu akhirnya beliau dipaksa oleh Mahkamah membayar kos kepada saya dan kira saya menang.
Sepanjang tempoh itu juga, saya hanya menyaman sekali. Ke atas seorang pesara guru yang memfitnah saya dan kes sekarang masih berjalan.
