The Chairman, Sir John Mitting, has published two responses concerning anonymity applications and the service of notices on witnesses resident overseas.

Day 31 of the Inquiry’s T3 P3 Evidence Hearings starts today at 10:00AM. Sir John Mitting, Inquiry Chairman, will open proceedings. HN60 will give evidence shortly after.

Chairman publishes Restriction Order granting anonymity to EN108 and rules on anonymity for EN654

The Chairman of the UCPI, Sir John Mitting, has published his ruling on an anonymity application from EN654, a former National Public Order Intelligence Unit (NPOIU) officer and granted a Restriction Order over the real name of EN 108, a former NPOIU manager.
The Inquiry will hear evidence from HN60 on Monday 21 September.
