@AlboMP Violence against women in our society is horrific and unacceptable. From domestic abuse to brutal murders, the statistics paint a devastating picture of systemic danger. We urgently need specific misogyny laws that treat hatred and violence targeting women as aggravated hate crimes. It’s time to name the problem clearly and give our justice system the tools to address it head-on. Women deserve to feel safe.

Sure, it should’t happen but look at the police spring to action for a nazi salute when 47 women were murdered this year in Aus and nothing is done about it.
Inner West detectives are appealing for information after a man allegedly performed a Nazi salute and made offensive comments in Newtown over the weekend.

This is absurd and the officer did not just need to be fired but charged with trespassing AT MINIMUM. I am all for helping the police but the simple fact of the matter is that people are NOT required to provide access to police of their doorbell footage. That is not how any of this works. I like it when violent crime is solved quickly so if they have footage, it’s great if they share it willingly. But again, it does not matter if the battery is dead or if the woman simply did not want to get involved. She has that right. ALL of these officers were in the wrong because the males backed up the psycho female officer. Talking about “I heard her standing from on the stairs!” And?!? She does not have to help you all and this is a great way to cause people to avoid assisting police.
Greenville, NC: A mother with a baby at home was woken at 3:20 a.m. after a nearby shooting (bullets nearly hit two kids). Police wanted her Ring doorbell footage. She said the camera was dead.
Sgt. Jennifer Umphlet threatened to rip it off the wall, get a warrant, and keep her up all night. Officers then entered without a warrant, detained her for “not cooperating,” and (per her account) used her face to unlock and search her phone. Nothing found—she wasn’t a suspect.
The actual shooters were later charged without her video. Umphlet was placed on leave; public records later showed she was no longer employed.
This is what happens when “can we see your camera?” turns into forced entry and detention of ordinary people.

Pretty sure I’m in early labor, but I wasn’t about to miss voting in Virginia.
Two older women tried to hand me a Democrat sample ballot and asked if I knew about the constitutional amendments.
Ladies, I’m 9 months pregnant. You picked the WRONG woman.
I told them I knew exactly what was on the ballot and that I was disgusted, absolutely disgusted.
Every baby has value. Every baby deserves the right to life. And I’ll fight for their lives just as fiercely as I’d fight for my own.
So I waddled into that voting booth, contractions and all, and voted NO on Amendment 1.
Abortion should NEVER be a constitutional right.
