Let’s go @UNC_Darkside and @seamenultimate ! @ThatsOurSeamen
Teams in quarters tomorrow:
@UNC_Darkside v @pbultimate
@seamenultimate v @UMassUltimateM
@BMoUltimate v @PittUltimateM
@UTD_Ultimate v @1Duck1Love
Minus west coast teams, this could look a lot like quarters a nationals
Or drive past, take photos, then tweet while blaming others for not taking action. Metaphor indeed. #oldpeoplesuck

Head's up! We are looking for a team statistician for the 2020 season. This is an essential paid contract position requiring attendance at all home and away games this season.

Christian Schwoerke is a North Carolina Ultimate Legend!
Laughable. UNC, NC State and Wilmington will all finish higher. @Ultiworld continues its pathetic anti-Carolina bias. @NCSUalpha @UNC_Darkside @ThatsOurSeamen @UNC_Pleiades

This is an amazing read from an amazing person. It's a small sample of what makes the triangle such a fantastic community. Watching so many of these young players grow and assert themselves both on the field and off has been one of the biggest benefits of being a coach here. 😢❤️
Check out this article from our own @WorthAnne, who does a great job in giving her insider's perspective on the fight for gender equity in Ultimate ✊♀️
