the thing abt shuri is that he's like prime cult material w/ his need for a greater purpose in life and such. i also feel like he'd end up like one of those characters who'd initially try to infiltrate the area but would ultimately be outsmarted and turned into a pawn later on

if you don't feel comfortable or just don't want to draw subspace's (or any disabled character's) disability yk you could still acknowledge the disability w/o drawing it right. like drawing sub in his gamma suit is one way to do it bc the suit was made to deal w/ his disability

what im saying is you don't have to downplay the disability just bc you don't wanna draw it. eg: i find it uncomfortable drawing hyperlaser w/ no eyelids so i give him some face modifications to still accomodate for him not being able to blink n stuff
