PRIMARY ALL DEMOCRATS Senate Democrats won’t fund HOMELAND SECURITY AND PASS THE SAVE AMERICA ACT, THEY ARE PROTECTING THEIR IMPORTED INVASION TO STEAL CONGRESSIONAL SEATS by COUNTING THEM IN THE CENSUS Biden’s Executive Order on the Census & the Border App, CONGRESS BILLS PASSED WITH FAILED ADDENDUMS On January 20, 2021, Biden signed Executive Order 13986 (“Ensuring a Lawful and Accurate Enumeration and Apportionment Pursuant to the Decennial Census”). ✅ What it did: It required noncitizens to be counted in the 2020 Census — for both the total population count AND deciding how many congressional seats each state gets. It reversed two Trump policies: • Executive Order 13880 (July 2019) — which tried to collect citizenship data for the census • The July 2020 presidential memo — which tried to exclude people without legal status from the seat-counting formula The order told the Secretary of Commerce: Count the total number of persons living in each state — “without regard to immigration status.” Meanwhile… the CBP One App The Biden administration heavily promoted the CBP One phone app for migrants at the southern border. Later, they expanded it so people without entry documents could book appointments at official ports of entry. After inspection, they were allowed into the U.S. asylum process. The goal (per the Federal Register): give people up to two years to seek humanitarian relief, work legally, and contribute while their cases are decided. • Over 852,000 people booked port appointments through the app (Jan 2023 – Sep 2024). Top nationalities: Venezuelan, Cuban, Mexican, Haitian. • Over 531,000 Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans (CHNV) flew in on commercial flights and received parole. • Migrants in Mexico used the CBP One app 64 million times to request entry (as of Feb 2024). • CBP reported 1.4 million migrants entered the U.S. “lawfully” over two years through CBP One programs (land + air parole). How it worked: Migrants applied for an I-94 through the app. This gave them temporary legal status (like a visa waiver) while they waited for an asylum appointment — even though millions were on years-long waitlists. Congress Bills Voted to pass with failed ADDENDUMS 📌 H.R.4366 - Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024 Included passing Counting Noncitizens in Census 📌H.R. 2882-Migrant Parole Program Sen. Bill Hagerty's (R-Tenn.) amendment to HR 2882 Migrant Parole Program (Rejected 47 to 51 on 3/23/2024, Roll Call 112). Prohibits funding in the bill from being used to fly illegal migrants into the United States 📌H.R. 2882-CBP One App Migrants who do not satisfy the conditions for asylum are often, upon their entry into the United States and release from custody, granted parole for up to two years under Title 8 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, making them eligible for work permits.
