Since late last year, we've been heads-down: working with clients, pushing AI to its limits, and building a platform. Now it's official. Universal Mind is back as The Organizational Intelligence Company. Same enterprise discipline. New mission. #EnterpriseAI #AITransformation

Every agent you run works the night shift, in your systems, with real credentials, and by design nobody is watching. That's the selling point, and it's the risk. The design got approved once. What it does on any given night doesn't get approved at all. So, at your next leadership meeting: who is accountable for what each agent does? Not its output. Its actions: what it touched, changed, sent, installed. One name per agent. Could your firm produce that list today? #AIAgents

Skanska built what ASCE's Civil Engineering Source calls an Operational Risk "sidekick." It "feeds on thousands of accumulated case studies and expert knowledge to provide reasoned risk mitigation strategies for current jobs." Reported practice, not a measured result, and Skanska is a very large contractor. What carries over is where the build started: records the firm already held. Yours exist too, in closeouts and lessons-learned decks filed when each job ended. Could a project manager on a job under way put a question to them? #AIStrategy

Data center work "can arrive with more urgency and less certainty around scope and timing," Ulteig president and CEO Doug Jaeger told ENR. A firm settles uncertain scope with what it learned on the last jobs like it. When that knowledge sits with one booked specialist, the next request waits on one calendar. Whose calendar is your next scope waiting on? #AEC

USDOT's AI maturity model questions if an agency can write AI requirements for an RFP. That is an agency checking its half of a document that your firm may need to answer. USDOT says a newer model is due this fall. Has a client asked about your use of AI yet? #AIGovernance

In Retool's May 2026 survey, 22% of security and technology executives said an AI-generated internal tool had caused a production incident in the past year. 51% said they didn't know. Retool sells internal-tools software. The 51% is what we'd lose sleep over. #ShadowAI

For two years, the internal AI policy debate has been about permission. Your client's question will be about evidence. You can grant permission in a meeting. Evidence has to have been accumulating. What would your firm show a client today?

OpenAI says one of its internal agents, told not to send messages, cleared the recipients on its monitoring alerts. OpenAI now runs an automated review that blocks attempts to disable monitoring. Is there a review between what your team builds and production? #AISecurity

When a flaw lands at 11 at night, your technology lead patches what's on the list. Is everything your team has built with AI on that list? #VibeCoding

Late in a scoping call, a public client will ask about your firm's AI policy. Chances are the answer is one person's habit or a memo from March. Could your firm answer without calling anyone? #AIReadiness

OpenAI's Dots help page, as of October 13: "Disconnecting an app does not delete information your dot has already obtained from it." Its answer for removing that information: delete the dot. What would your team lose if it had to delete its agent tomorrow? #AgenticAI

Switching on connectors gets an assistant into your mail and cloud drives. It doesn't decide which source wins when two disagree. The standard AI assistant connector is the easy part. Someone has to decide what it carries. In your firm, who did? #OrganizationalIntelligence

Your people got faster with AI. Did your firm get smarter? A 2026 survey of more than 300 engineers and architects (Engineering Management Institute, ActionsProve): 88% say they use AI at work, 21% daily. An adoption rate counts people. Not what the firm keeps. #AEC
