Abu Dardā رضي الله عنه said:
“Woe one time to he who does not know and acts. And woe seven times to he who knows but does not act upon his knowledge.”

A calamity that makes you turn to Allah is better for you then a blessing which makes you forget the remembrance of Allah.

It was said to Imām Ahmād Bin Hanbal -
“What does it mean to love for the sake of Allāh?”
Imam Ahmād رحمه الله said:
“It’s when you don't love someone for any worldly gain.”
