Hey folks! Exams are just around the corner, and we want to help you with some exam preparation tips. Starting with week 1, here are some things you can focus on right now to better prepare yourself. We hope these tips are helpful and all the best from the UofThrive team.
3.) Make an agenda
-Plan out your time for what you need to study and complete ( make a reasonable schedule)
-Know where you need to spend the most time
-Do not leave studying until the last minute ( it will only stress you out more)

cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/s… U of Thrive members taking about change needed at U of T✊🏽💙
UofThrive is thrilled to invite you to our event!
As this event includes speeches and performers from students who will be speaking candidly about their experiences within mental health, the topics discussed may be potentially triggering. (1/5)
We thank you for aiding us in our mission to form a discussion around mental health issues at UofT and giving students an opportunity to share their voice! (4/5)
OPPORTUNITY 🚨
Are you interested in our movement, but speaking or performing isn't your thing? We still want to hear from you!
Share your story/thoughts on mental health with illustrations, or a short text (roughly 500 words).
EMAIL: [email protected]
OPPORTUNITY🚨
Did you know that there have been three deaths in the Bahen Centre over the past two years? Are you tired of U of T's blatant disregard of its students' mental health?
We are too, and we need your help. (1/2)
We'll be creating a video aiming to spread awareness about this ongoing issue on all three campuses.
If you're interested in participating: Submit two video clips of yourself saying "Can you hear me now?" and "Can you hear us now?" to [email protected]. (2/2)
Join us at our first event, "Thrive," a safe and open mental health discussion for all University of Toronto students.
