@TeamYouTube terminated my 60,000-subscriber channel for breaking their "sex and nudity" policy over THIS clip that is still publicly viewable in @KaiCenat 's own video on YouTube with 4.7 million views (linked in the reply). I added absolutely zero sexual framing to this clip.
timestamped moment of this exact clip in Kai Cenat's own upload that is still active - youtu.be/HDj-Zozwth4?si=haYs…
this is the portion of @TeamYouTube 's sex and nudity policy that they must be applying to my video, and the second portion of the highlighted sentence CLEARLY does not apply to this clip whatsoever.
The camera incidentally pans down to the man's crotch area for 5-8 seconds, he is fully clothed, there is no sexual framing or implications from this clip at all. This is an insane reason for a channel to get deleted for. @TeamYouTube please can I get a new set of eyes on this?
This is the portion of @TeamYouTube 's sex and nudity policy that would apply to this clip, and the context at the end of the highlighted lines CLEARLY does not apply to my video.

I recently got a community guidelines strike for violating the sex and nudity policy on my channel - youtube.com/@UpstreamYT I appealed and got denied but I believe this is an AI moderation mistake, can I please get this reviewed by an actual human?
@TeamYouTube it says I can see an example of the guidelines being broken at 00:15:10, but my video isn't even that long lol
