Makan sotong bakar di rumah aja, males keluar.
Tadi baru selesai bakar. Sotongnya gede, empuk, kulitnya kecokelatan ada yang gosong dikit. Wangi banget sampe sekarang masih kerasa.
Taruh di piring, kasih sambal kecap gelap. Bawang, cabai, asam dikit. Satu suapan + celupan sambal langsung nendang. Manis, asin, pedas, smoky.
Ujung yang renyah sama tengah juicy paling enak. Dimakan pelan-pelan duduk di lantai, belakangnya cuma karpet sama kayu doang. Santai banget.
Lagi pengen rasa laut tapi males ribet, ini udah cukup. Sotong bakar + sambal kecap + nasi, beres.

Ga nyangka dimsumnya segede gini 😭 Awalnya enak banget, sausnya creamy, gurih, toppingnya juga pas… tapi lama-lama jadi eneg juga. Perut udah bilang stop, tapi mata masih pengen.
Akhirnya sisanya diserahin ke nasib (dan dimsum keju goreng yang lebih setia). 🥲
Dimsum besar + saus melimpah = senjata makan tuan. Next time beli dikit aja deh. 🥲
