I have a bunch of stuff queued up to keep talking about @usecontrast and some solid guidelines for ideal contrast ratios for specific pieces of UI, beyond just pass/fail. But with all the other design news™ I'm gonna wait until next week.

Considering a hybrid look for @usecontrast where the controls are light/dark mode and the top bar is the (expandable) contrast viewer. Whatcha think?

💡 I often get asked what my fave colour contrast tools are. When testing, I use Firefox Dev Tools & aXe. When spot-checking in design/staging, I use Contrast by @mds & @soffes. ✅ Keyboard shortcuts ✅ Platform agnostic ✅ Visual cues usecontrast.com (MacOS only)
