If AI automates away 25% of jobs, do we enter a new Renaissance?
Governments will need to find ways to support people who lose their jobs because of AI. This needs to happen regardless.
The people then have a few options:
- reskill and get another job
- get creative
A friend told me that her mantra is leaving herself open to possibilities so that she can become inspired by things and have the freedom to go after them. 90% of people do not feel like they have that right now.
This is the beginning of the Renaissance: rediscovery.

The difference between a good leader and a great one is the why. When you start with why, you convince people that they're becoming part of a movement or a dream rather than just buying a product.
People don't buy what you do, they buy why you do it.
