US Ambassador to the Philippines Lee Lipton visited Davao City on Thursday, October 22, and met with Mayor Sebastian “Baste” Duterte at Davao City Hall, where he was warmly welcomed by government employees and residents waving American and Philippine flags.
Lipton attended an executive luncheon with Duterte, Senator Robin Padilla, Senator Christopher “Bong” Go, and local officials before visiting the city hall.
