5/ 💡 Pro Tip When something "can't be built", don't force the code or kill the idea. Bring both sides into one room and rethink the approach together. The best solutions rarely come from one person pushing harder. They come from collaboration. #SaaS #Tech #Startups #Services

4/ A short call later We had a different toolbar. One change that quietly did three things: • Gave the user almost the same experience • Kept our engineering rules intact • Left a clean example for the next developer to follow ⬇️

3/ I had two easy outs. Force it through with messy code, or push the task back and say, "This can't be done". I didn't like either. ⬇️

2/ Doing it "as designed" meant bending the engineering rules What worried me more was that once I bent them, the next software engineer would see my work, assume it was the standard, and bend them too. One shortcut slowly becomes the new normal. ⬇️

1/ Then I read it more closely and realized that building it as drawn would quietly damage something we'd spent years keeping stable. ⬇️

When your developers say they can't build something, it's easy to assume it's a code problem. Often, it's not. A designer handed me a "simple" feature. At first glance, I thought: easy-peasy. Then I read it more closely and realized that 🧵

Congrats! It looks like you're having issues with images and the mobile view. Do you need some help?)

Let the battles begin 🏋️
We’re extending the 50% increase to weekly Claude Code limits through August 31. We hope to make this a permanent change to our plans, but strong demand for our models means that capacity may be tight over the coming weeks. We’ll keep you posted as things develop.
