Congratulations to Greece on its upcoming private astronaut mission and first trip to the @Space_Station.
As an Artemis Accords partner, Greece is already helping shape the future of exploration. With this mission, it is contributing to the creation of a sustainable LEO economy.

ESA will implement an astronaut mission to the International @Space_Station for Greece with @vast 🇬🇷👨🚀
@esa project astronaut Adrianos Golemis is planned to serve as mission specialist and, pending approval, become the first Greek astronaut in space. He would join ESA astronaut @Thom_astro as commander and ESA project astronaut @astro_ales as pilot on a mission planned for 2027.

There's a race to get the first commercial space station up in orbit. Boosted by an original $1 billion investment from @JedMcCaleb, @vast has been sprinting to get to space first.
We went to Long Beach to check out Vast's Haven-1 space station that could fly next year and to see what a more modern space station looks like.

Member of @esa's astronaut reserve @astro_ales is planned to serve as the mission’s pilot and would become the first Czech astronaut to visit the International @Space_Station, alongside ESA astronaut @Thom_astro as commander. The mission is planned for no earlier than 2027.
