You are responsible for the #discipline, you are responsible for the #downfall, for the reps and excuses. Choose the #grind.
I was mad to hear there are no irreplaceable people back in time.
I am listening to 5-10 pitches everyday, accelerating founders. And yeah, people are replaceable. It’s just practically correct statement. Meaning you have to consider yourself replaceable.
Hi from an airplane 🛩️. I’m taking a flight straight to alps and about to meet incredible people with incredible life stories.
I am receiving really inspiring emails with hero journeys of people all around the world. You will get seen.
I’m starting a series of meetings with the most creative visionaries around the world to turn their ideas into something else.
All depends on the roles as well. But the #CEO with introspection is a person that doubts everything instead of pivoting and executing.
I have to agree with @pmarca on a practice of having zero introspection. If you are building something which is bigger than you, you just can’t handle introspection.

We are going to change #networking forever. Forget about directories, startups & investors platforms. This is all garbage and noise. You are about to become a different person soon.
I love my people. At Olivier, we’ve managed to curate rooms where leaders are developing other #tech leaders. – at San Francisco, CA
Our goal is to actively invest in founders. Not only ambitious ones, but EXTREMELY creative. I am glad to connect with y’all and discover what are you currently building.

Easy to get delusional. #AI might make you think you're right, until you validate and learn.

Hi visionary people. I need your honest vision: If everybody becomes a startup founder in the next few years, who are going to be the top performing ones?
You can mention personality characteristics, specific industries, approaches or anything that will make them different in your opinion.
I will catch up with a follow up on this, but I need you to drop me your honest opinions.
I’d rather work 1 hour a day impacting the world than 10 hours of manual labor without any sense behind it. I used to be the workaholic guy and the main struggle is you start forgetting what actually matters. Be the good #CEO, creativity is a priority.
Startup founders, engineers, creative people, visionaries. I’m here to support your ideas. Explain it in one comment:
I advise everyone to try to not do anything at all until you feel sick from it. Like this much. Turn off all your devices and do this sometimes. You will be a different person at work.
