First customer service experience with @ASOS today. It was really terrible. @ASOS_HeretoHelp should really up your game. Not only the chat was terrible, the stuff was also quite rude and unhelpful! So surprised!

As soon as there is an AI that does “design," business people will fire all of the designers. When we suffer with the resultant garbage fire of bad usability and poor quality of life, the business people won't care because they won't feel any pain.
