These election results mean that corporate America is in a LOT of trouble. The old model of hiring a Dem lobbyist when the Dems win or an R lobbyist when the Rs win, and then doing business as usual, is over. Corporate profits are at record highs, and the labor share of the economy is at record lows. That's going to reverse.
Dozens of data center ballot initiatives passed, as did limits on electric utility lobbying, and a flood of young populist left-wing candidates will now be taking office in red and blue states. Americans are angry at corruption and corporate greed. A Democrat won a South Carolina Senate seat on a campaign to break apart the awful health care system we have.
We are going to see a bunch of fumbling around for awhile as the new candidates figure out how to govern, but after that, it'll be a reversal of the neoliberal era. Get ready for actual public utility regulation in a lot of different sectors, as well as stronger rules against monopolies, corruption, price gouging, excessive CEO pay, and financial extraction.
Pour one out for CNBC and Jim Cramer.

President Trump said for months vote like I am on the ballot.
Every midterm is a referendum on the President, including when Clinton in 94 and Obama in 10 were crushed.
His policies are significantly unpopular.
Also we know Trump will blame others and accept no responsibility

Close to 1 Million early votes in Minnesota and they start counting them at 8:00?!?
This is ridiculous.
All across the country this needs to change.
Stop the baseless conspiracy theories.
Deal with any court cases and move forward with logic.

As resident of the 7th District, I strongly wish Osberg could defeat Fischbach. It’s a tough climb, but he’d represent my district and Minnesota so much better. Fischbach is terrible.
Here’s Erik’s report card with just 4 days left until the elections.
It's been said that you can tell how hard someone will work as your representative by how hard they campaign for the job, Erik made 4 key promises about the way he'd run for Congress. And he's delivered on every one of them. He said he’d show up, and he did. Now it's our turn. VOTE. #MN07 #WeCanDoBetter #VoteOsberg
