Crossed 1,000 followers here. Feels like a fair excuse for a re-introduction. I'm Vedant, co-founder & CTO of Thinkly AI. Started a B2B drop-shipping business at 19 and scaled it to ₹8L in revenue. Released a mixtape during covid. Spent some time at Deloitte and then was the youngest founder's office hire at two startups. Started building Thinkly AI last year. I played semi-pro basketball through my engineering years until covid ended that. I do still hoop on weekends. I started running seriously last year and finished the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2026 in 4:36. Going again in 2027 to break sub 3:30. Anyway, talking about Thinkly AI. We build presales/sales agents for real estate teams. We work exclusively with this sector, helping teams convert more from the leads they already have. We're running 20,000+ calls a day, seeing 30-40% MQL to SQL, and booking site visits for organisations like Runwal Enterprises, Stallions, Nynex Realty and others. We are onboarding new customers every other week. 10 years ago, running Meta ads for a real estate project was a joke. Nobody believed performance marketing would sell apartments. Today it's the only thing anyone does. AI agents are that same curve, and we are building the company that owns it. Because the next decade of real estate gets sold by agents that never miss a call. Say hi if you're building, scaling, or running.

How do you setup a solid growth motion? There's no right answer here, it really depends, but apple's philosophy towards marketing is what has worked the best for us with Thinkly AI. It's so simple, just focuses on 3 pillars, Empathy, Focus and Impute. Here's how we broke it down for our funnel: 1. Empathy - we work only with high-ticket B2C, we know our ICP to the tee (I have outright rejected opportunities with B2C/D2C brands as well). 2. Focus - We realised the only channels that we need to focus on is Instagram, AEO/GEO and Cold Calling. We stopped doing literally everything outside of these 3 things. 3. Impute - Preparing custom demos, making sure our content is aligned towards the right ICPs. It's literally just us keeping it simple. We closed 13 pilots in 2 months, 2 listed companies on the NSE. 2 contract extensions and more loading. Growth isn't supposed to be a hack, it's supposed to be engineered.

Why's prepping for a marathon so special? How does it affect/impact building a startup? I think at the core, endurance sport teaches you the discipline of putting in the work day-in day-out. It takes months of dedicated, boredom filled and passionate effort to be able to perform at a decent level in something like a marathon. And still a bad day can ruin all that months of effort. I feel building a startup follows the same principles. > You put in passionate effort towards a goal > No 2 consecutive days are the same > You can feel the progress, but real growth comes in with months and months of work > There's always an uncertainty looming over your head My marathon prep has made me more patient about building Thinkly AI.

Chase a target. You can't score without a goal. I can't stress on how important it is to have a north star. Again this is from the learnings I have gotten by building by previous company and scaling that to about 50L ARR in 5 months. Without a solid north star, you are going to start chasing every new dopamine inducing signal out there. Maybe one day its the product, the next is sales and then is social media. That gives you growth but it's not going to be steady. We have set our north star, it's site visits. How many can we book? How fast can we do it? How efficiently can we do it? We are chasing this WoW, with intensity. Maybe you also should decide what's yours?

I don't get how founders do it man. To wake up every single day to face uncertainty head on. To not see results for days, months and at times years. To get up with the same dedication, passion and intensity and keep performing at the highest level. To love the thing that you do even when it doesn't give you what you deserve at times. I get the positives of doing this, I get that if you can just stay in this for long enough and not die, you can get the diamonds. But I must admit, this sh*t is tiring as hell. It really is, I know some might perceive me admitting this as weakness, but to me that's my strength :) I know this is though, I'm willing to accept and build harder. When you are at the bottom, the only way is up!

The best part about building a growing startup is that you can directly talk to your customers. They are the ones who will help you drive your north star as a company.

"If you cant run a 5K in 33mins you suck" "Why's your marathon time so slow" These are the exact people I really hate. I mean come on? What are we even trying to do here. Less than 1% of people will ever run a marathon and only a few can do a 5K without stopping. So if someone's out there are putting in months of training to willingly do something that's really hard, why spread hate like this? Anyone who's out there running/walking and getting it done is better than the person sitting on the couch and also better than the one who participates in that exact race, knows how tough it is to do that and still hates. You have no idea why someone's out there, why someone's chosen to escape life like this. I feel like we all just keep seeing people hitting PBs, running 100 milers but if you ask anyone who does this truly and passionately, endurance sports are beautiful because it's personal, its all about the journey and nothing else. I am a founder, I myself don't have freaking 8-10 hours a week to train, but I do it, because its an escape, its my personal accomplishment. So if we are hating on people who "choose" to do hard things. I think folks we have lost the point entirely.

One of the right uses for AI honestly.
I left @Apple to build healthcare that listens and acts early. Today, I'm excited to introduce UniqueHuman. We're building proactive healthcare agents that handle every step of care for people with chronic conditions. Our mission is to end chronic suffering. Today, we begin with migraines.

3% conversion is the benchmark for prospect-sitevisit for a Real Estate company. And only 1% of that make a purchase. Maybe you don't understand this right now, but let me show the numbers: 1. AVG CPL - ₹1000+ minimum 2. Prospects - 10,000 3. Site visits - 300 4. Bookings - 3 Yes the funnel is broken but also to call 10,000 leads and execute this funnel a company spends lakhs? This makes no sense? The future of high ticket B2C sales is driven through intentional workflows and not this spray and pray approach. This is what we are fixing, we are building the AI native high ticket B2C sales company. Where we are already seeing 1.7x more conversions and 75% cheaper costs.

What does an AI native sales company look like for India's growing high-ticket B2C market? We recently spoke about this with the Chief AI officers/CIOs of India's largest sales companies. These businesses today are selling real estate, automobiles etc out of sheer desperation as if its a cheap insurance product. Fundamentally this system is broken, the approach has to be demand and intent driven and not by desperation. We are building to do exactly this, we have 13 early believers in our vision which we closed in 2 months. 13 mid-market + enterprise paid pilots. We are already seeing 1.7x more productivity for real estate and honestly we are just starting to shift the gears now.
Restructuring goals as team to approach the final leg of 2026. We have new mentors backing us on this journey. Lazer focused on getting our product to the next level and growing our GTM funnel. Let’s get this.

Jobs, Elon, Gates, Travis and more have been outright called tyrants at some point. Obsession is often misunderstood as authoritism/fascism. According to me refusing to be corrected is the real seed here. As I build Thinkly AI, with our focus to change the very fabric layer of how a large scale B2C business interacts with their customers. I am constantly trying to collect lessons from such things. - Jobs got fired, learnt from it and cameback to transcend Apple - Travis refused to change, got fired and lost Uber - Gates embraced democratic and transformative leadership We are obsessed about the product, obsessed about the problem but never opposed to being corrected. We are focused enough to scale and agile enough to adapt. That is the lesson here for me.

elon vs ambani beef wasn’t on my 2026 bingo card
Starlink is licensed in over 165 countries and has spent five years complying with every single law and requirement of the government of India, so why still no license? Is Ambani the real boss of India?

We get ~10 enterprise inbounds weekly at this point. The hack is not really a "hack" as most people suggest here. Our method is fully based on Apple's philosophy. 1. Empathy: We deeply understand what presses a nerve for every high ticket B2C business out there. 2. Focus: Ruthless prioritisation, we only focus on IG & AEO/GEO. We focus on making it clear that desperation is not the way to sell products, it results in tarnish brand perception and lower conversions. 3. Impute: Our product is build to dazzle, it shows the exact metrics needed that moves the needle for a company. Each demo we do is custom tailored for that specific client, never a one for all. And that is how we have been able to scale up our GTM as a 3 person team. We have a lot more new insights now, which means we re-adapt now and move forward stronger.

India’s affluent market is growing at a staggering rate. In such a case you cannot be selling a high ticket product like it’s a cheap insurance policy. A buyer who has genuine interest will always make a purchase, but how do you spot the genuine buyer? This is what we are fixing for the largest B2C companies in India. Making every signal of demand actionable so that companies spend less on acquisitions and customer get lesser spam. That is the world we are building at Thinkly AI.

We have been extensively benchmarking our performance at @_thinklyai for the past few weeks. Context: Thinkly AI books more in-person consultations for high ticket B2C companies. We benchmarked our efficiency for a project in Mumbai by Group Satellite. The raw numbers: 1. Total leads called: 500 2. Total QLs: 160 by Thinkly vs 98 by human team 3. 20 site visits vs 12 by human team Effectively we are 75% cheaper at booking site visits while booking 1.7x more visits as well. We are now scaling up our setup, incorporating a series of agents and workflows that can make this even more robust and effective. Onwards.
