At a gig for the first time since forever. Pleased to see the knock off T-shirt trade outside the venue hasn’t been affected by COVID but they have card machines now(!). What a world!

I’m on strike this week (my first strike!) with @ucu fighting against casualisation, unmanageable workloads, low & unequal pay. It’s normal in academia to work weekends (no overtime pay) & very few people have permanent contracts.

Excited to have @ventilebrewco brewery tap open today less than 5 minutes walk from our house, can’t wait to go back! 🍻🍻
