Yes, and #Targetedindividuals are not the product of a "conspiracy theory", but the "human cattle" needed to calibrate and perfectionate the weapons used in the so called 'Cognitive Electromagnetic Warfare'.
We need immediate help. It's been happening for decades.

“Are these programs still ongoing?”
Dr. Juliette Engel doesn’t hesitate: “Oh, yes. Absolutely.”
She says that when the work began, they were talking about Turing machines, cybernetics and primitive technology.
Then she makes the statement that should get everyone’s attention: “The frequency research has gotten extremely sophisticated.”
That's exactly where this conversation connects to what people are bringing to Mind Nexus today.
People come to us reporting voices, unexplained tones, head pressure, vibrations, sleep disruption, cognitive interference and experiences they believe are being caused by covert technology.
For years, those people have been dismissed because what they describe sounds too advanced or too disturbing to be real.
But step back and look at the history.
MKULTRA was real.
The CIA’s behavioral-modification research was real.
Unwitting human experimentation was real.
And ARTICHOKE came before it.
One declassified ARTICHOKE document even discusses whether electronically induced sleep could be used as a pathway toward hypnotic control.
The program names may disappear.
The research questions don’t necessarily disappear with them.
Technology evolves.
Computers became exponentially more powerful.
Sensors became microscopic.
Artificial intelligence emerged.
Neurotechnology advanced.
RF and directed-energy research advanced.
Brain-computer interfaces became real.
So common sense demands a question:
Why would anyone assume research into behavioral influence, nervous-system interaction and frequency-based technologies simply stopped developing because a program called “MKULTRA” was officially exposed decades ago?
The Air Force’s own 1990s New World Vistas report later discussed future “Biological Process Control” involving pulsed, shaped and focused electromagnetic energy and possible effects involving movement, emotions, sleep, memory, suggestion and internally perceived speech.
That document is in the Mind Nexus archive along with ARTICHOKE records, patents, directed-energy documents and neurotechnology research: MindNexusLive.com/documents
Now consider what people are telling us today.
They say they’re being targeted.
They describe voices, tones, pressure, vibrations, disrupted sleep and cognitive interference.
Does that prove every person has the same cause? No.
But it absolutely gives us a reason to investigate instead of laughing at them.
If government programs historically experimented on people without consent, why is non-consensual experimentation treated as impossible today?
If frequency research has become vastly more sophisticated, what capabilities exist now that didn’t exist in the 1950s?
What moved into classified programs?
What can actually be detected?
Stop arguing about whether someone’s experience sounds believable and start documenting what can actually be measured.

PRIVATE ONE-ON-ONE SCANNING & DOCUMENTATION — RENO, NEVADA
Mind Nexus works with people reporting experiences including tones, pressure, vibrations, sleep disruption, cognitive interference and other unexplained phenomena.
Phase 1 — Scanning & Documentation
We use professional RF and NLJD equipment to document anomalous frequencies and nonlinear responses and determine whether the findings justify further investigation.
Phase 2 — Coaching & Next Steps may be available after results are reviewed and can include coaching, frequency research, controlled verification, expert review and identifying outside professionals who may need to examine the findings.

Scanning is NOT a medical diagnosis. Our scans detect anomalous frequencies around a person and within the environment, not inside the body. Findings are for informational purposes only and can support personal investigations.

How can the signal that causes that artificial tinnitus be detected & the report be valid in a court of ⚖? I have the answer: we need engineers who can measure them with a spectrometre. Irrefutable evidence of the signals is absolutely necessary to put an end to these crimes.

No one can make this up.
End the crimes against humanity that the C1A criminals export to the world against the best.
MK ULTRA never ended.
What we're going through is VERY SAD and needs to be STOPPED. ⛔
