It's such a "small" thing, but for me what makes the fight hit even harder, its that its a victory achieved from the collaborative efforts of a community. So despite it being "Magna vs Dante", it does feel like a bigger triumph specifically because the Ideales were involved.

I’ve watched a lot of reactions, the amount of people I’ve seen crying from watching Magna vs Dante is beautiful. It wasn’t a death scene, or a romantic climax it was just a compelling story about the average man finding a way to be successful

People can't grasp that AO3 isn't a social media platform like Twitter. You can't have casual chats there, only chats about the fic you've read. Many fanfickers don't reply to comments, and many readers who have commented and received a reply don't keep the conversation going. >

and it is that nobody is making friends on ao3, no community is created on ao3, because that isn't what ao3 is *for*. ao3 is a place to upload fic. until tumblr nuked nsfw content, there were *always* spaces that existed to build community. discord kinda is that now but also not.
