Well done to Eric from @ReadCeltic for bringing a Happy Clapper to the podcast. Martin showed that special blend of arrogance and contempt that is essential for a place on the Celtic Board of Directors, or Celtic Connect youtube.com/watch?v=a-fME8uv…

Celtic didn’t sign a single player to fit a system of play this summer. There is no system. We spent our transfer fund on random players in the hope they’d be able to conjure something up & paper over the lack of competence running through the club.

@SLBenfica 4 @CelticFC 1. This isn't about one bad night in Lisbon. Benfica are in our Celtic Paradox paper for a reason: a club owned by its members, close to 300,000 of them, that turns its academy into first-team players and transfer income year after year, and plans to compete in Europe every season. A balance sheet is a means, not a trophy. Celtic's board has turned a football club into a savings account: £66.4m in the bank at 30 June, revenue down 22.7%, and no published plan for what the money is for. Yes, £31.6m went on signings this summer. Spending isn't a plan. A plan tells the owners what the money should achieve and how they'll know if it worked. Celtic publishes none of that. No multi-year strategy with targets. No capital allocation policy. No academy plan. Not one of our twelve governance asks met at our last review. That model is a choice. Shareholders can ask the board to make a different one. Fans already own shares in this club. Use them at the AGM: give your proxy, come to the meeting, ask the question. Members' Night, Wednesday 21st October, Glasgow. Join us celticsupporters.net

How come a Non-Executive Director with <35% of shares can post an 867 word rant on the official club website, after he was embarrassed at a golf event? How about 867 words on the status of our coaching staff, our future plans, our vision for Europe??? celticfc.com/news/2026/octob…

In the space of 12 months Michael Nicholson has overseen 2 Champions League exits and profits of £33m turning to a loss. Absolutely shite in everything he does. Celtic fans paying for him to amass ridiculous wealth. A useless bastard rewarded for being useless.

Former Shamrock Rovers boss Michael O'Neill believes the UK part of Ireland & not the Republic of Ireland is the only place to be if you want a long successful international football career. Ceadach O'Neill

The Orange Order is planning a Unionist pact in response to the SNP, Sinn Féin, and Plaid Cymru agreement. As much as I cannot stomach the Orange Order, it is actually good news. The Orange Order will only help increase support for independence. Thanks, guys.

God save the king playing/unionist flag flying football manager Michael O'Neill said today that a young Co Derry born player 'doesn’t have a bloodline to there', 'There' being the Ireland national team that represents all 32 counties. Stay off the booze Michael, you Amadán.

Stevie Conroy @TheRefsView 'expert' most biased & cowardly OF Ref ever. Celtic vs Rangers 3 Jan '10: Fortune headed goal ruled out for 'indirect free kick' on MacGregor; Kyle Lafferty leg-breaker on Hinkel, Kirk Broadfoot elbow on N'Guemo, Kris Boyd leg-breaker on Fox - no reds

Chris Gentles, one to watch.
Can you see a handsome hun ? Cos he can’t see a fucking thing👍🏿 🤪Subconscious bias exists yet unlike English football we don’t ask what team these officials support or deem it necessary. 3 goals chalked off in 2 games & Huns shout conspiracy, no, they’ve cheated us for years

Last night’s VAR ref Steven McLean, who was previously a Rangers mascot and whose brother used to play for Rangers, decided this wasn’t a penalty and didn’t need another look. This would not be accepted in any other league in the world.

More than I'd trust our board, which has an unmitigated reputation for lying to its fanbase, all the time. And they've been proven liars time and time again. Yet you follow blindly on. Bully for you.
