$SNTX | Building Revenue Today. Growing Assets for the Future. @SuntexCorp has approximately $10 million in active contracting project value and a real estate development pipeline with an estimated total project value exceeding $350 million across the United States and Canada over the next 3-5 years. Our direction is to expand contracted construction revenue while growing into company-owned real estate development earning income from the work we perform and building long-term value through the assets we own. ACTIVE OPERATIONS @DSECTexas has approximately 15 open projects, with additional work on multiple multifamily developments exceeding 150+ units each expected to begin in early Q1 2027. @Ja_Development and @GoldenEraNews have seven residential and commercial buildouts underway and are bidding on additional projects for early Q1. DEVELOPMENT PIPELINE Our pipeline includes multiple residential and commercial developments spanning more than 100+ acres each in Canada and the U.S. @RedSpurLandCo is actively pursuing additional Texas land acquisitions for residential development. These opportunities are separate from our active projects and will advance as agreements, approvals and financing are secured. Estimated pipeline value represents total project value, not contracted revenue attributable to Suntex. THE OPPORTUNITY Suntex brings together land ownership, site development, general construction and electrical contracting. Applying those capabilities to company-owned developments creates an opportunity to capture construction income while retaining ownership in the assets we help build. For shareholders, the objective is a stronger operating business supported by a growing real estate asset base. Our priorities are to deliver active work, secure additional contracts and advance developments that can create lasting value for Suntex.

$SNTX | CAPITAL STRUCTURE UPDATE Suntex Enterprises has completed the following actions: • Initial cancellation: 50 million common shares. • Additional cancellation: 231 million common shares. • Total canceled: 281 million common shares, reducing outstanding shares from approximately 771 million to 490 million - a 36.4% reduction. • Authorized shares: Reduced from 1 billion to 500 million - a 50% reduction. With these actions completed (pending reflection of 500m AS), we are preparing to release updates across our operating companies and development projects. Our focus now moves to the businesses, the projects, and the execution behind them.

My goal is to fix what needs to be fixed and put our team in a position to build, lead, and succeed. Those who doubt can keep doubting. That doesn’t determine our direction or erase the work happening operationally. We adjust, apply what we learn, and keep moving. A year ago, I wanted nothing to do with this. We got burned, and I wanted to be as far away from it as possible. I won’t pretend otherwise. But, I’ve realized there are things I need to confront and resolve so our team and shareholders can move forward together. That’s my responsibility, and I intend to see it through. There’s no miracle fix. This will take time, difficult decisions, and a lot of work. Our team and brands deserves a foundation they can build on, with the resources, authority, and opportunity to succeed. Our shareholders deserve leadership willing to do the work to make that possible. This only works if we do it together. I’m proud to stand behind both $GTVH and $SNTX, each building in its own industry. I believe 1000% in the people behind these companies and what they can accomplish when given the tools and resources needed. The unknowns no longer scare me. The pressure won’t intimidate me. My job is to clear the obstacles, get the right people in position, and give them room to lead. This is my focus at the moment for both.

$SNTX has submitted the state filing to reduce authorized shares to 500 million. The Company is also pursuing additional cancellations of outstanding shares as part of its ongoing capital structure improvements. Updates will be announced as these actions progress.

2/2 $GTVH | Golden Triangle Ventures, Inc. releases the official notice from M3 Capital Services, LLC, confirming resolution of its convertible debt obligations and formal separation from the Company. The signed release is attached for shareholder review.

If @GTV_Inc can cleanup the SS without a RS , and become profitable, then I’m completely happy with the outcome of both $SNTX & $GTVH both companies buyback shares, reduce AS , and become profitable, I like!

Golden Triangle Ventures ($GTVH) provides clarification regarding the existing Florida court case: all outstanding matters have been resolved, and no eviction is taking place. The issues originated with prior tenants. The Company has since assumed responsibility, communicated directly with the landlord, and addressed the matters. Operations continue as usual.

Golden Triangle Ventures is taking steps to get its house in order and set a clearer direction for the business. We have requested letters formalizing our separation from M3 Capital and Prima Verde and will publish them once finalized and signed by all parties. We are also revamping our corporate website to reflect the company’s direction and better communicate with shareholders. Addressing outstanding matters. Improving transparency.
