The Glade Creek Greenway trailhead parking lot at 401 Gus Nicks Blvd. will be closed temporarily while TOV Public Works re-stripes the parking lot. Due to a last-minute equipment availability issue, the work has been rescheduled to Wednesday, October 28th from 6:30 am to 2 pm.
The Glade Creek Greenway trailhead parking lot at 401 Gus Nicks Blvd will be closed on Tuesday, October 27th during the hours of 6:30 am to 2:00 pm while TOV Public Works re-stripes the parking lot.
The Town of Vinton Public Works Department will begin annual leaf collection Monday, November 9, 2026, and end on Friday, December 11, 2026. Please review instructions for placement in this document: vintonva.gov/DocumentCenter/… Please call 983-0646 if further information is needed.

Vinton Treasurer’s Office closed for System Upgrades Oct. 1–2, 2026. The office will reopen Oct. 5 at 9am.
Online payments will be temporarily unavailable during this period. You may continue to pay via check/money order securely in the drive thru drop box at 311 S. Pollard St.
