Does Crypto Need the CLARITY Act for the Next Bull Run? When the CLARITY Act got blocked in the Senate in September 2026, most people thought big banks would stay out of crypto. Instead, they kept moving in. Why? Because the 3 roadblocks that actually kept banks out of crypto were quietly removed without needing the CLARITY Act: 1️⃣ Banks Can Finally Store Crypto: The SEC scrapped an old rule (SAB 121) that financially punished banks for holding crypto on behalf of their customers. 2️⃣ The "Digital Dollar" Law Already Passed (GENIUS Act): Signed in July 2025, this law gave banks official rules to create and move digital US dollars (stablecoins). 3️⃣ Bitcoin, Ethereum & On-Chain Funds Are Already Clear: Regulators already agree on the rules for BTC, ETH, and "Tokenized RWAs" (traditional assets like government bonds put on the blockchain)—which is why giants like BlackRock, BNY Mellon, and Charles Schwab are already live. So what is the stalled CLARITY Act actually holding back? It's holding back a TradFi-fueled Altcoin & DeFi run. Without Congress drawing a permanent line between a Security (similar to a stock) and a Commodity (similar to Gold), major US banks still won't touch most newer tokens or plug straight into DeFi. The SEC and CFTC are writing backup agency rules right now, which helps in the short term, but agency rules can always be undone by a future administration. Wall Street doesn't need the CLARITY Act to pump BTC, ETH, and RWAs. Crypto needs it to unlock the rest of the market and make the rules permanent. This is why the true bull run will come from the CLARITY Act passing IMO.

I never got to 180 in the end. I had a super busy day and simply forgot to sign in. It's very hard to keep your streak. Anyone at 180 days yet?
I currently have a 137 day streak on @PudgyWorld_ . Maintaining this streak really has been challenging. I'm on a mission to reach 180 day streak. Pudgy World is definitely one of the best Web3 games out there! Thanks @pudgypenguins and @AbstractChain for making such an awesome game.

I just listed my OG Arkada Shogun NFT on OpenSea! ⚔️ Honestly, I might regret this later. it's from an ultra-rare OG collection of only 118. And it really captured that @soneium vibe. @Arkada_gg is easily one of the best apps on the Soneium chain right now. If you haven't seen what they're building, check out their site, it's gaining massive traction for helping people explore new crypto networks while hosting fun contests with real ETH rewards. Grab #102 before I change my mind 👇 opensea.io/item/soneium/0xc4…

Bitcoin drops 5% and still walks like a boss 😂 Altcoins drop 27% and start fighting for their lives 😭 That’s why BTC is the king, but altcoin holders need strong hearts! 😂 Who can relate?

My review and my opinion on Sonenium economics. I done some research. It's important for me to say this is my opinion based on public blockchain data and some speculation. DYOR Recent public blockchain data suggests Soneium generates roughly $9,000 to $19,000 in monthly gross user fees from an average transaction cost of $0.0010 across fewer than 5,000 daily active users. After soneium paying Ethereum mainnet approximately $1,000 to $2,000 for Layer-1 data settlement, the network keeps about $8,000 to $18,000 in on-chain sequencer profit. However, off-chain enterprise operational expenses, including managed RPC nodes, 24/7 site reliability engineering, bridge security, and engineering payroll—burn roughly $50,000 to $150,000+ each month. Consequently, Soneium operates at an estimated net monthly deficit of -$32,000 to -$132,000+. I believe Abstract was in simular position. But soneium as a company has lots more money, a stronger brand and better infrastructure. Plus Soneium would be paying less for network maintenance costs as OP chain is. Cheaper then abstract zk roll up. I believe soneium must integrate soneium into there existing mainstream products to becone profitable. I'm sure thats there goal. I'm still a Soneium believer. And i believe Soneium are able to operate at a loss for a few years. But the real risk of Soneium closure would likely be from too much friction integrating Web3 into Sony infrastructure. Although I'm a Soneium supporter, I'm now a very cautious one due to the recent abstract closure. I even removed my stake from startale as it's way too easy for projects to close with zero thanks for users contributing to there network. Just to call you a farmer and make you sound like the problem. If they don't like farmers or people collecting xp, then why setup a portal or model where users can do that 🤔 lol. @soneium @AbstractChain

Just a quick heads-up for anyone migrating their assets off the Abstract network! 🐧 If you want to keep a personal record of your on-chain @AbstractChain history, there’s a completely free way to save it before things wrap up. You never know when a transaction log might become useful in the future, even if it's just to track the original source of the assets you are bridging today. Here is how to grab your records in a few clicks: 1️⃣ Head over to abscan.org 2️⃣ Paste your wallet address into the search bar 3️⃣ Scroll to the bottom of your Transactions tab and hit 'Download: CSV Export' 4️⃣ Tip: Remember to manually change the 'Start Date' back to when you first started using the chain, as the system defaults to only showing the last 30 days. It takes two minutes and gives you a permanent backup of your activity to keep in your own files. 📁👇

I am disappointed and very surprised that @AbstractChain has come to an end. But my main concern is how other chains are meant to survive! I thought Abstract had so much going for it. The portal was slick, user friendly and had the best web3 games I have ever played. It does make me think if @soneium could also experience the same challenges. Regardles of what's happened, I am still holding my @pudgypenguins assets. The brand is a good one, and one i believe will stick around for many years. I just hope @LucaNetz keeps a record of all the dedicated Abstract users. And it's important to remember a majority of Abstract users are also pudgy penguin fans and holders.
