I vowed to bring my mom to Hayvenhurst and I got to do just that. I carry her DNA, her heart, and her spirit. Seeing how many people helped make her dream come true reminds me: our legacy lives in the people we touch. She will never be forgotten. #ThrillerChallenge2026

Among the attachments to Frank's declaration in June there's an e-mail from Nov. 2019 which is clearly evidence that negotiations were already going on. So the whole narrative that they were unexpectedly ambushed in December which didn't leave them time to think is clearly a lie.

FYI: Evan Chandler essentially tried to do a version of this with his and Jordan’s second lawsuit. It was already stipulated in the ‘94 settlement that if any party had a future dispute, it would be handled through arbitration, which he tried to fight, despite the Chandlers’ previous claims that they didn’t want a criminal trial for their ‘93 accusations because of the concerned media/public attention, specifically regarding Jordan. Everybody is literally a variant of him.

Too many backstabbers got too comfortable taking advantage of Michael's generosity. In the 2019 fantasy film, James also equated Neverland to his family's "vacation home". Having that level of entitlement to MJ's property while actively tarnishing it's memory is despicable.
The LiE that infuriates me the most was S. SAFECHUCK'S suggestion that MJ "gifted" them a house for testifying in 94. The truth is that they asked for a loan in may 92 and they never paid the money back, they just kept asking for extensions They took advantage of MJ's kindness.

SS: We wanted to buy another house, and MJ gave us a loan at a very low percentage rate. My husband had already had a deposition. We were on Michael's camp. My son also for Michael... FACT: MJ, via a formal TRUST (est. 1991) & attorneys offered a secured loan filed May 13, 1992.

Absolutely. Celebrities should know better than anyone what media sensationalism and harassment is like. Participating in that harassment of MJ was undoubtedly a means of them covering up their own controversies, and directing attention to someone else.
any celebrity that ever joined in on the harassment michael faced is a loser in my eyes

"The Cascios wanted to tell what they now claim is their story, but they had every opportunity to freely speak on any platform before signing this agreement and receiving their massive payout. Surely, after all their years of entertainment experience, they didn’t think they would be allowed to continue making publicly damaging claims after receiving all that money, did they?" Exactly why they only speak out after the payouts ran dry These oppotunists deserve whats coming to them i hope they land in jail soon !

They legally cannot keep breaking the NDA. If they haven’t already, team MJ can file a motion to get the arbitrator to issue an injunction to get them to abide by the NDA. Then can then take that to a California Superior Court judge for a permanent court order, and if they break that, they can actually be held in contempt of court.

The Cascios would like you to believe that they were ambushed in 2019 and forced to settle their claims without knowledge of what they were signing, but reality disagrees. Not only did they know what they signed, but THEY negotiated a massive upfront payment themselves. 🤥

“Michael visited a school for blind children at which he passed out toys and gifts, and left a donation of $100,000. A spokeswoman at the facility said, "The children don't know him as a pop star; to them he is just a very nice man who came here to offer hope.”

Time to bring this masterpiece back to the timeline as well. Do not allow the media to deceive you folks, the Cascios are not brave victims fighting injustice. They are con artists who arranged their own "payoff", and it's now biting them in the ass. deckedoutmagazine.com/michae…

How Come Nobody Apologizes to Michael Jackson Part 3 by @RuckerJael Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As i found Parts 1 and 2 excellent, Part 3 as the most compelling part yet, with its depth of research. Part 3 continues with the prosecution’s case! The media coverage of this trial was very biased, as it didn’t report every testimony or every important detail. Even what really happened in the courtroom isn’t the narrative they want people to hear, and that is very dishonest of them. As Jael is in the world of journalism, her approach is excellent, without retelling events in a condensed manner. What Jael does is very compelling, like with the rest of the prosecution’s testimonies, presenting them in chronological order and comparing their testimony with earlier statements and other documented accounts. For example, with George Lopez’s testimony, she re-examines not only his account of the Arvizos but also his signed declarations, picking up inconsistencies that paint a fuller picture of his testimony. Janet Arvizo's testimony is also a significant highlight, standing out because of Jael’s entertaining commentary and incredible attention to detail, explaining why her answers deserve scrutiny while re-examining her testimony. It’s one of my favourite chapters! The lesser-known testimonies are interesting as well. Robert Spinner is a compelling example of testimony concerning the procedures for handling evidence, such as fingerprints, which weren’t handled properly. This is shocking, and it shows a pattern of incompetence in the investigative work. I feel I wish I could have witnessed these events in the courtroom especially janets testimony, but this is the closest thing for me reading it in book form aswell the articles version So, if you want to go beyond the headlines, whether you know the case or not, and are considering continuing to read another part Jael’s important book series, I really recommend it. It’s a powerful resource as well as a body of work that encourages you look beyond the headlines . Excellent content !
