Tracking competitor pricing starts with finding the right pages. Visualping's new Discovery feature now handles that step.
Try typing "competitor pricing pages for project management tools" into Discovery in the monitor creator. Visualping will suggest four pages, each with a one-line reason it fits.
Discovery is on every Visualping plan, including Free.

Many employers post openings on their own careers pages. Job boards may pick them up later, or not at all.

New in Visualping: find pages to monitor by describing them with Discovery.
Discovery is a new tab in the monitor creator. Users describe what they want to keep an eye on, like food recall announcements in the US and Canada or pricing pages of major SEO software companies, and Discovery searches the web and suggests up to five pages to monitor.
Discovery is live on every plan, including Free, and searches don't use any credits.

How it works:
1. Paste a careers page link
2. Say what you want in plain words, like "new product marketing roles in New York or remote in the U.S."
3. Get an email with an AI summary when a matching role appears

To connect Claude, open Customize > Connectors, add a custom connector with visualping.io/mcp (no www) and sign in. In ChatGPT, use the Visualping app.
Your assistant gets the same permissions as your Visualping role. Setup guide: help.visualping.io/en/articl…
Most days it's upkeep: "Show me recent changes across my monitors." "Run monitor 12345 now." "Flag that change as important."
It can also read a monitor's full settings (schedule, AI alerting, page actions, notifications) and change them if your role allows.
Compliance teams can point it at an SEC EDGAR filing page, an FDA inspection notice or a state rulemaking page.
Those pages change rarely, and when they do it tends to matter. A daily check is enough for some teams.
Start with competitors. Ask your assistant to watch a rival's pricing page and summarize what moved when it changes.
Our competitive monitoring page has a demo of Claude Code setting up 15 competitor monitors from a single prompt.
Visualping now works inside Claude, ChatGPT and Grok through our MCP server. It's in public beta on every plan, including Free.
A few ways to use it, and how to connect 🧵

Standard job search advice: check each company's own careers page as well as the job boards.
Easy enough for a couple of companies. For 20 companies every day, it's a lot of refreshing.
So we made it free to have those pages email you instead: visualping.io/job-seekers?ut…
To get it, create a free Visualping account, then apply with the same email. We review each application by hand.
One tip: an alert means the page changed, so confirm the role is still open on the employer's site. visualping.io/job-seekers?ut…
Job Seeker Access is free for 6 months for individual job seekers in the U.S. and Canada:
- 25 careers pages
- 1,000 checks a month
- Checks as often as every 5 minutes
A regular free account gets 5 pages and 150 checks a month.
You say what you're after in your own words. Something like: "Alert me when a new product marketing role is posted in New York or remotely in the U.S."
Each email has an AI summary of the change, flagged Important when it matches.
The idea: you pick the employers, Visualping watches their careers pages and emails you when a new role appears.
Many employers post openings on their own careers pages, and job boards may pick them up later or not at all.
Job hunting right now means a lot of tabs. Refresh the careers page, check the job boards, refresh the careers page again.

Thanks Laura! Love seeing it help catch meeting notices before they slip by. If you're ever up for sharing how you use it in your reporting, we'd love to hear it.

Visualping can now route website changes straight into Google Sheets 📊
With our new native Google Sheets integration, every change Visualping detects becomes a new row in a Google Sheet you choose. Each row includes the date and time, the monitor name and URL, the Visualping AI summary of the change, the text added and removed, and a link to the before-and-after comparison.
Use it to keep a running log of competitor prices, regulator updates, or job postings, then sort, filter, and chart it the way you would any other sheet. Available now on all Business plans.
