We are continuing integrations with our neobanking partners and Meetkai (Meetkai.com). Each new feature goes through multiple approvals and validations. The work is progressing and will definitely be worth the wait.

We have completed integrating the point-of-sale system with the VIVA wallet, and we will be running pilot programs at several key stores to enable cash-in and cash-out features.
Upon the success of these initial pilots, we will unlock our entire Point-of-Sale network, approximately 75,000 locations, and launch a nationwide marketing campaign, including commercial and social media initiatives, to establish crypto rails across Bolivia.
Once pending in-app and neobanking integrations are finished, we will launch our nationwide marketing campaign to all app users: the Visa $VIVA card campaign. If a customer acquires $VIVA tokens, in-app or in store, they can request a Visa card to spend their VIVA wallet balance. There will be a single KYC activation in the wallet, which, once completed, will enable each user to access all features in the VIVA wallet.

The last few months of employee, friends, and family testing with over 10,000 users did exactly what it was meant to do. It proved adoption, validated usability and showed us what real users actually care about.
The takeaway was crystal clear.
Keep it simple. Solve real problems first.
Right now, many Bolivians face $10 to $50 monthly spending limits on their VISA cards when paying for international apps, digital services, or traveling abroad.
It is frustrating, outdated, and unnecessary.
That is about to change.
We are actively integrating and preparing to launch full neobanking features inside the Super App as part of our upcoming app-wide rollout. This includes VISA cards, global bill pay, and more.
One wallet.
No limits.
Everyday global spending made simple.
This next phase goes far beyond pilots and internal testing. We are rolling out app-wide with benefits every user can immediately understand, then layering in deeper features and rewards once users are onboarded.
This is a major step toward making the Super App the everyday financial hub for millions of Bolivians.
We are also working closely with government to ensure what comes next is compliant, secure, and built to support long-term national financial access and growth.

We just opened another VIVA store in the center of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. ✅
This city is the largest in the country with around 2 million people in its urban area and a rapidly growing population and economy.
This location is a high traffic area surrounded by everyday people, families, and workers. One puzzle piece coming together as part of a much bigger picture.
The perfect location. Massive adoption is coming soon. The infrastructure and foundation are nearly complete as we prepare to launch one of the largest and friendliest cash to crypto on ramps the world has ever seen.
