been spending time in my own head recently, and i’ve decided to shift things up with my approach and medium. i know so many of you found me through ian’s paintings and i love and appreciate that connection more than you know. 🤍 but i’ve always believed that one world can beautifully run alongside another. at the end of the day, it’s still my heart and soul behind everything hitting the screen. i’m so incredibly grateful to everyone who has backed my work so far. but truth is, navigating the sudden drops in engagement was really starting to affect my mental peace. i found myself blaming my own creativity and feeling like my art was just disappearing into the background. i don't think that’s fair to myself, and the last thing i ever want is to feel disconnected from my own passion. art should be about real connection. when i share things outside of ian’s world, the algorithm assumes it’s not what people want and just stops showing it. i don’t ever expect everyone to love every single thing i do, i just wish the system gave me the grace to show my other sides to the people who might actually need to see them. 🩹 so, i just want to be open with you guys. i really wish to build a comfortable, steady space where we can just slow down and vibe with the actual stories i’m trying to tell here. in a sea of endless scrolling, i’m just holding onto hope that the people who want to see my true soul will find their way here. if you’re down to come along for the ride, let’s go. if not, no worries at all, absolutely no hard feelings. but i’m really ready to find MY people. the ones who are here to stay. ✨ xoxo
