A purported BioWare developer has leaked a trailer for the cancelled ME 5 on Reddit.
The footage, reportedly titled "MASS EFFECT UNIVERSE," appears to suggest the project was further along in development.
Its authenticity remains unverified.

It's really fucking sad that BioWare is gone, Dragon Age Origins has been in my top 5 games ever since I played it at launch.
If you've never picked these up, give them a play and find out why this studio was so beloved. DAO especially is a masterpiece 🙌

Alan Wake's final episode is genuinely brilliant. It's so lonely and melancholic. It starts in the sunlight and you have to journey until it gets dark but the entire time you're in the light you feel the overwhelming sense of doom accompanied by the haunting OST. It's chilling.

I spent more than 3 years as one of the writers of #MassEffect4
It was one of the greatest privileges & GLORIOUS challenges of my life. I smiled every day. I worked HARD for the fans, every day.
So when I say I am devastated by the end of #MassEffect I REALLY mean it. I don’t know how to express how gutted I truly am.
