This is @Azuki ⛩️
I named him Ace.
Now that name is printed on an official @Azuki TCG card... and that’s only the start.
The guards opening fire. The drive holding Valentine’s soul. The tower glass breaking in the background. The red studded jacket and cigarette. ALL of it pulled directly from the character details and plot of my short-form anime series Neon Garden.
And this isn’t some generic card either. The team made Ace SUPER playable, so thousands of TCG players won’t just see this art... they’re actually going to run him in their decks.
The fact that the team watched my anime and meticulously worked all of it into the card art by Tomugi is super appreciated. This one means a lot.

Garden Arena: Midwest Regional recap.
@Yq1119apzzQun won the title in Peoria on Raizan/Lightning. After losing his first match of the day, he didn't lose again, beating @NoahBrews in the final.

Incredibly proud of my guy @Yq1119apzzQun. I remember at the previous regionals, he had his head down, having a run of horrendous TCG luck and not placing as well as he probably should have.
Fast forward a few months, and this man has been preparing every week, constantly running matches with every person possible, while also sharing everything he learns with friends freely.
I can think of nobody more deserving of this win than YQ. The greatest comeback story in Azuki TCG.
Congrats brother 🔥

Ended up getting cooked for the second half of the tourney.
Played great opponents, and I’m happy with the way I played, just super unlucky.
Good luck to top cut 🔥 Will get em next time

You don’t realize how big of a compliment that is.
Also teaching kids how to do math and read via card games is my new favorite thing.
Also also, card games require forethought, creativity, and planning which…
