You were stationary when you took it out of your bag just before cycling off with it in your hand. Deflection. Walking to TGT/DevRd, buying then walking back with two/three v heavy jute bags would take over three hours. No time to waste. Busy cllr. Please don't cycle dangerously.

2/2 I'm appalled that @LBofHounslow implemented these schemes at same time as gas works on CHR and elec works on Devonshire Road. Such bad planning - and they'd know about the utility works. Please have a go at them for causing the chaos on our roads. Call them on your mobile!

Get a grip. There’s no enforcement on Devonshire road from what I see. Nor disabled /loading for all vehicle users yet Through traffic all day from Chiswick high road &bicycles going the wrong way. None of ur business what ppl are doing there. Get a life & get off the pavement.
